30-Day Return Window

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return

Email us at puredefense1712@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover the return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll make it right immediately.
